MEXICO WILL BE IN DC JUNE 24-28 & JULY 1-5
Mexico's culture, traditions and 'real people who preserve these traditions', will be one of the highlights of the "2010 Smithsonian Folklife Festival". I hope you can make a little time during these days, to attend some of the many great activities that they will have.....
Just to give you an example, take a look at the following information, I'll write the link as well. Please, attend at least one day, IT'S FREE, take your children, this is a unique opportunity when Mexico comes to 'us', here in DC, with its many live traditions, music, artisans, danzas, rituals and celebrations..... as they're preserve today, in many indigenous communities throughout Mexico. These will not be rehearsed, or staged acts, this is how they live today!
